PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE BEFORE USING AND OR VISITING AND/OR SURFING OUR SITE.

You do hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions of Festival Previews by filling out the registration section of our website.

From now on we will refer to this as “the Terms”. By using and/or visiting and/or surfing the website you have agreed to be bound by them.

The website refers to all websites owned and operated by Festival Previews Ltd.

All text, images, graphics, applets and scripts operating on our website will collectively be referred to as website data.

We reserve the right to vary the conditions of use at any time and will post any variations here as and when we need to update material. In common with most web publishers, we take no responsibility for service interruption, transmission of viruses and malicious computer code through our website.

•  Festival Preview's Content

The information contained in these web pages is supplied to Festival Previews by third parties.   We take reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate when posted and regularly updated, but neither we nor the third parties guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness and we may change the information at any time without notice.

•  Performer's Content

The content relating to individual performances has been provided by third parties and we accept no responsibility for that content or its accuracy.   However, we do reserve the right to decline and/or refuse to host a video preview clip or other information or to remove such content without prior notice. We reserve the right to put warning notices on video previews clips and content, edit, eliminate, blur, cut, hide, mute and bleep out any inappropriate content as we feel necessary in keeping with the relevant laws.

•  User Submissions

Festival Previews does not endorse or recommend publically or privately any user submissions.

You retain all your ownership rights. However, in accepting these terms, you grant Festival Previews a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty–free and sub-licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, prepare, display, show, and preview your clip on the website.

You agree to only submit material to our website for which you either own the copyright or have obtained the necessary permission from the copyright owner. You further agree to indemnify Festival Previews against any action which may arise out of copyright violation, alleged or proven, by your material.

•  Website Access

In order to access the self-loading web pages, you will have to create an account. You are not permitted to use another performer's account. When setting up your account, you must provide Festival Previews with complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and you must keep your account and password details secure and not pass them on to third-parties. Festival Previews will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account. However, you may be liable for the losses of Festival Previews or others on the website due to such unauthorised use.

•  Overloading Website

You hereby agree not to use the Festival Previews website in a malicious manner. You agree not to launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots”, “spiders”, “offline readers” etc, that access the website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Festival Previews' servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a convention on-line web browser.

Our website does include details on, or links through to information provided by third-party websites and other websites. We cannot control the accuracy or completeness or timelessness of that information. You therefore take full responsibility for using that information.

•  Performer's/Artist's Copyright

Copyright on the Festival Previews web pages is owned by the performers and the performing groups. Festival Previews is granted a Non-Exclusive license to publish it on the website except where otherwise indicated by a third party's proprietary notice.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent and believe that any User Submission or other content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification to Festival Previews and we will remove the preview clip from the website until the matter has been resolved.

•  Trade Marks

All trade marks and brands used by performers which arise out of sponsorship are also protected by other intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without written permission of their respective owners. Festival Previews is granted permission to use trade marks and brands as authorised by the performer and the performing groups.

•  Usage of Video Clips

Video preview clips will remain on the website for as long as reasonably possible. It is the responsibility of the performer or performing group to notify Festival Previews in writing to request that it remove the preview clip, clips and or content from the website.

•  Printable Copies

Unless specifically prohibited by a notice published on any page, you may make a printable copy of such web pages on the website as you may reasonably require for your own personal use provided that any copy has attached to it any relevant proprietary notices and/or disclaimers. All other use is prohibited.

•  Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

We publish Festival Previews as is and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website.
